I mean...Supes whinging is funny but the fact of the matter is so much canon they do other stuff with their money to help the common person. Ignoring the fact a lot of "Wall Street bros" and "trust fund babies" often canonically use their wealth to help folks in other ways, they invest their money in tech and gadgets to bring down criminals. Not to mention virtually every crook they fight isn't some poor fella trying to steal to feed his family. No, they are often hardened criminals working for a bigger psychopath who either has dangerous super powers, dangerous weapons or tech, or a mass network of resources, etc.
The in-universe explanation for that is, everyone is super-corrupt. I mean, even in real life, most major charities are scams, especially the Susan B Komen Foundation. And I think Batman does at least _attempt_ to help people using his money; it just doesn't go so well.

TL;DR: He's literally a costumed "non-powered" Batman villain. I'd be more surprised if he *didn't* have any plot armor to speak of.

At green arrow’s worst, he’s a narcissist who’s only benefit are his trick arrows which can easily be outperformed by batarang’s or cyborg’s gadgets or some shit. At his best version, Green Arrow is a master survivalist who can shoot a bow and arrow better than an expert marksman can use a rifle. His trick arrows have so many different varieties with many functions each that he can operate independently of Batman or any other techie superhero. His time fighting for his life in the jungle on an island has honed his body and mind to be strong and incredibly perceptive, as well as stealthy. Also, he’s just as effective with guns if the need ever arises!
Wait till they hear about Bullseye (even if he's with the other company). That guy can make basically anything into a deadly projectile. He doesn't need a gun, let alone a bow for that. He doesn't even need mutant kinetic acceleration powers to do it with poker cards (RIP Gambit)

To defend green arrow, theres use in the arrows. Near, far, and with trick shot. His bow and arrow can function similarly to a sniper, grenade launcher, rocket launcher, or shotgun in range and dammage... although not in speed obviously.

The funniest part to me is that basically all of these characters have appeared in batman brave and the bold, and some of them are even main ones. The thing about guns is that they're totally useless for the work superheroes do. It is harder to modify a gun's ammunition magically or with engineering, because the ammo is destroyed on use, and normal bullets do nothing to most supervillains.

The DC Catman was a super-villain who turned into an anti-hero, joining a team of super villains turned mercenaries work called The Secret Six. While I like the Cat Man Pilot, it’s more of a parody of old comics and cartoons while the DC character is significantly different.

The funniest part to me is that basically all of these characters have appeared in batman brave and the bold, and some of them are even main ones. Like green arrow is a main character that batman frequently interacts with. They have a rival-type friendship where they always try to compete to be better than each other. It's great

3:07. honestly, using a bow and arrow actually takes more skill then using a gun. also didn't i mention the fact using a bow & arrow is like a gun but with silencer on it, you can also use the arrows from using poison, maybe an explosive to even a kryptonite arrow! ALSO IF YOU HAVE ENOUGH TIME AND RECOURSES, YOU COULD POTENTIALLY MAKE A GRAPPLING HOOK OUT OF YOUR BOW! 🤷♂️
The thing about guns is that they're totally useless for the work superheroes do. It is harder to modify a gun's ammunition magically or with engineering, because the ammo is destroyed on use, and normal bullets do nothing to most supervillains.
