Great job, thank you for this tutorial! I hope you can get a small fan to help with the smoke removal, or even a couple 20" box fans, one supplying, and the other exhausting the gases.
Your jack o'lantern is coming out excellent. I just started sanding on mine this evening after dinner. Now I need to make some pumpkin leaves for it. Can't wait for your next video on this project. Excellent work.
I am glad you found out how to do some time lapse/fast forward in your video. The music is much loader than your voice so I have to keep adjusting the volume. You are doing great work on the pumpkin and I am sure your video quality will soon improve.
Looks awesome! I’ve been making foam pumpkins like this for a number of years. It’s a little bit of work but it’s way cheaper than Funkins and you can get uniques sizes and shapes.
What are you wiping the hot tool off with? I purchased a cheap hotwire tool kit on Amazon, the instructions didn't say anything about wiping it off while using it. Within 15 minutes it completely stopped working, even though it was suppose to have a built in setting to keep it from overheating. Do you think that's because I didn't wipe it off in between strokes on the polystyrene foam? Also, what do you do with all your foam scraps?!
Haunted Veggies I wipe the blade off onto one of the heavy duty disposable shop towels. As you cut, the foam melts and leaves a layer on the blade. I wipe mine often to keep it from building up and to keep the melted foam from dripping. As far as the quality of the tool goes. You definitely get what you pay for. When I’m done carving I throw the scraps away in the trash. They are not recyclable. I’m editing a new updated pumpkin tutorial. It will be out soon 🎃

Charlie Bee sorry about the volume. I have purchased a wireless mic so that should help with future videos
Can’t wait to try my hand at making a few of these! Looking forward to the next video. ❤️

How do you make the bubbles/knobs on the sidd of the pumpkins? Great work!!

@@karawalkerdesigns167 thank you!
Where do you get such huge blocks of foam?
Teresa Acuff I buy my foam from Haunters foam in LA. There are many foam suppliers around the country that will cut foam to your desired size
