If im correct hun you have your wrist guards on the wrong hands, the black piece coming out belongs on the bottom. But I'm glad your out there doing this, I just started back up on then also...

Ouchhh, this whole time I put it wrong 🤣🤣🤣🤣 even to put the wrist guards, I did it wrong, damn 🤣🤣🤣 Anyway thank you for correcting me, otherwise I will go blindly forever not knowing I was wrong 🤗🤗🤗 And good luck on starting it over 💖💖💖

      1. I am lucky because I chose him to marry, I was not forced to marry him, nor arraged to marry him. We love each other, so we decided to get married.
      2. I am lucky because I'm not forced to live with my in laws.
      3. I am lucky because my in laws don't get involved in our marriage life. They mind their own business, not others.
      4. I am lucky because I have a freedom to pursue my career, my hobbies, etc, even after I married him. He helps me growing and becoming better person, every single day. Always pushing me to be a better version.
      5. I am lucky because I am not forced to be a stay-home wife, who have to cook for her husband every day, to be the only one who takes care of the house, and most importantly, I am not forced to have children.
      6. I am lucky because my husband is not a patriarchal sh*t, who treats his wife as a slave 😊 Instead, we respect and love each other dearly.
      7. Last but not least, maybe my husband is "too old" according to you, but his mindset is not primitive.
So, no, I am not a mail delivered bride and I am lucky to marry him.

@@NoviePoetri There are lots of mail order brides from East Asia that are used and abused by western men though. Mail order brides from east Asia are exploited by western men and it revolves around a culture of perversion and fetishization so dont try to pretend you live your best live and somehow you're better than stay at home mothers. That list of benefits you mentioned shows how ignorant and perverted your outlook is of the world around you.

I love how realistic this video is. You know not being able to do bubbles bc our legs are weak, and so many other beginner problems. This instead of getting it out of the box and rolling, bc that's what the other videos show.

Aww, thank you Milena 💖💖💖 Yes, IMO as a beginner, it's better to focus on how to do the basic, then after I mastered it, I can start to learn bubbles. Step by step 😀😀😀

hi, i dont know if youve solved this problem since you posted this and im really sorry if you dont want unsolicited advice. but "pushing off" makes me think you might be making it harder for yourself than it needs to be. deb from the dirty school of skate always talks about forward striding as just the transfer of your weight from one foot to the other. instead of thinking about pushing off or how to move your feet, you can start by just standing with your toes turned slightly outward, like a V, and picking one foot up so your weight is on the foot left on the ground, then putting the foot down and picking up the other one, and repeat, taking small steps. youll passively roll a little bit every time you change feet. youre not moving the foot on the ground at all, no pushing or anything, just letting your shifting weight make the wheels roll on their own. at first theyll be short, quick rolls and you'll eventually feel comfortable taking longer strides, ie leaving each foot on the ground longer and finally pushing off slightly at the end of each stride, but by then you probably wont think of it as "pushing"
maybe in the month since posting you have no need for this anymore lol either way i wish you the best of luck!

Good job learning so fast. I skated many more times at a rink than you did in a week and fell a lot more. BTW, I’m not sure how much you have progressed by now but the wrist guards are essential. I stopped doing everything when the pandemic started but I’m getting ready to start learning to skate again and also to learn to ride the unicycle I ordered the week before the pandemic started. The US hasn’t done a stellar 🌠 job of managing the vaccinations 💉 of the population and it’s still dicey to go out in spite of having all the boosters etc. 😵‍💫 You did a great job 👏 in just 1 week. • @NoviePoetri
      @NoviePoetri  2 роки тому

Hi Nurul, from my opinion, yes, they're slippery, especially when you are nervous. Try to be relax, don't stand straight, try to bend your knee a bit. But don't squat too low as well. And also it's so important not to look down, try to look forward, you still can for once or twice to look down, just a glimpse. Just imagine when you are walking, you need to look forward, right? On m first day, I was literally just walking, the second day, I used wrong technique, and the 3rd day I began to understand how to move myself in a correct way. My roller skating is far away from perfect, but I am glad I made progress from literally 0 to finally made a move :D Good luck for you, don't be scared, try to enjoy it ;)

Wrist guards are # 1 for me, also I wear padded shorts to skate around my basement, Because I don’t want to fall on my butt. Good so far I only practice about 10 minutes at a time not even every day

Yess, at the beginning I thought I was so lame, because I couldn't do it better (and quicker), but then, come on, I've never done it before, it will take time, and a lot of patience!
So, good luck on your practising, and don't forget to always enjoy it 🤗🤗🤗

I think other people did identical stuff before, like roller blading, ski‘ing, ice skating or whatever. I never did kinda stuff before, so I started from the bottom.
