@@victoriavazquez3064 Two weeks in. I did 5-7 minutes of neck and jawline exercises 5-6 times a day. I don't see much difference, but I feel there is muscle under the fat now. It's a lot of work for little result, honestly. But I will keep going for another few weeks.
wow I love how you actually walk us through discovering the muscles we'll be working on! I've watched a number of videos for similar exercises but they only show pictures of the human anatomy that highlights the relevant muscles, but when you know which muscles they are and where they are located in your body physically, it makes it much more effective because you know whether or not you're working the correct muscles. So a huge thank you for this!
I have 5 excercises from Face Yoga Method. Each I do for 30s, twice a day. After nearly 2 weeks there are great results. I highly reccommend. It really works. Thank you so much❤❤❤❤

I am slim with a double chin. I have always blamed bad genetics for this. I'll try this for a few weeks and give you feedback !

Four weeks in. Maybe there is a slight improvement or maybe it's just wishful thinking. Nothing impressive. And my jaw feels really tight

Doing the lip pursing part of this exercise deepens vertical lines around my mouth. How would you do the exercise to avoid this happening?
We recomend that you do it more gently. You can also use your hands to smooth those lines and make sure you're not causing any wrinkles.
