Fumiko, for some reason this particular explanation of this pose just clicked and get what I’m doing. I’ve been confused about where to initiate the muscle movement from. Also I’ve never felt that I’m smiling with the bottom muscles on one side because I can’t see the difference when I smile but I can feel it with my fingers. Thank you!
Ideally twice a day; the first thing in the morning and right before going to bed. When you practice the FYM poses in the morning, it wakes up the facial muscles and makes you more aware of facial movements throughout the day. Most of us develop unfavorable muscle practices, i.e. frowning. Practicing the FYM in the morning can help to break bad facial habits. Practicing the FYM before going to bed helps to reset the muscles you used during the day and to relax not only the face muscles, but the mind and prepare you to have a nice peaceful sleep. If you find it hard to practice the poses in the morning, practice them throughout the day. Some of the poses you can practice while you are driving, cooking, watching TV and even in the shower! Try to make it into an everyday habit.
Is it true that if we do these exercises (like the one you're showing here or another one that you may show us later) out of the correct and proper order, OR if we do some of your exercises without doing the complete package of your exercises (say for instance because we haven't seen them on your channel yet) it will create more issues with our face????? Basically, is it better to not follow ANY of your exercises until we get to know about and get to do the complete package (in the correct order)?????
Damn…i saw her vid like 10 years ago because she appeared in a korean tv show. I suddenly thought about her and searched her video again this year…she still looks the same. What she does must be working
make sure to do the poses correctly and isolate the muscles you're working on. Use your other hand to help with the poses as well to not create more wrinkles

There's no correct order! You can mix and match the poses that suit you and it's like exercising your body, every movement counts!

Why does my chin hurt and not my cheeks when I do this? And I feel like doing face yoga makes my skin looser day by day instead of getting tighter.😢
