  • Hey Everyone, in this review I'll be showing you the difference between the 2013 Hyundai Veloster Turbo and Non Turbo Veloster. Both have similar options on them, but we'll see how much more power the turbo version has when driving it on the highway. If you'd like to buy one of these feel free to contact me asap. They are both priced around the $10K-$11K Range and both have under 100K Miles.

    If you upgrades like the blow off valve downpipe and muffler delete do a big difference and you can do that all almost for free if you want to do a turbo upgrade and do it to a stage one it's even better. I got mine for seven eight here in 2021 low mileage and get a little bit work to it it's an awesome car now

    Hi, I have a 2012 veloster na manual, and I do agree the na takes some time to get power, like once I change from first to second it takes time to get revs but once it kicks in its alot if fun, hoping I can fix that later on but it's a good car

    I've got a 2013 turbo, it's great on fuel efficiency and it's got the power I was looking for. Borla exaust system sounds great on it!

      Bro idk I have the 2012 base veloster and I find it really really lacking in power

      @@bibby1391 yeah but 130hp is quite a bit different from 201hp

      yeah i put he afe exhaust on mine and injen intake. ordered up some wheels and tires. bought the car last week with 70k miles on it for 9k so not a bad price and it looks new still. only issue so far is the front left axle nut issue. taking to the dealer to be fixed tuesday i guess its a well known issue especially on the 2013 model. if you ever hear a spring like creak sound but only when you start to press throtle or brakes and it doesnt happen when turning or just cruising its probably the axle nut that needs retorqed.

      I am going to pick one up tomorrow, to test drive overnight. The salesman calls it a Velosater. It reminds me of Realator, and Athalete.

    This looks identical to my 2017 veloster base

      Hey bro I know this was a year ago lol but I just ordered a 2017 base and wondered about the acceleration. I’ve seen people say it’s not the best but from your experience how is it?

    • @mr.gameandteach7197
      @mr.gameandteach7197 Рік тому

      @@calebweekly7809 it's sub par. I have to really depress the gas pedal before it kicks up and starts going. Once it goes though, it accelerates pretty good. But that initial start of acceleration, I've almost gotten into accidents because it didn't move like it should have. Might just be my car though.

    I recently got a Veloster and it kinda shakes when I am at a slow down or about to break it shakes is it supposed to do that?? I have a non turbo

    • @dannymartinez8522
      @dannymartinez8522 11 місяців тому +1

      Take it for a drive put it on neutral when driving if the shaking goes away then it's your transmission. If not could be bad motor/transmission mounts or motor itself

      @@dannymartinez8522 thank you for this I’ll let you know! I’ll give this a try because i did get my breaks fixed and it’s no longer shaking as much but it still jerks when I’m breaking in traffic or doing Manouvers

    Financing a car is such a bad idea, try to always buyout your cars

    • @calhensley820
      @calhensley820 2 роки тому +2

      Buying is a good idea, but like buying a house vs renting, not a possibility for some people. They pay more in the long run, but without the money up front, and the need for a home, and transportation, they have no choice...
