the first bit of (not the curly bit) beach metal you found is part of the aluminum framing from an aircraft that crashed in the sea off Seaham beach many years ago. found that out last time i went up there :) the fossils you held are fossilized coral.
Nice video luv the beachglass but look at those stones too🤩 my favorites were the milk glass and I luuuv that lil yellow multi best. Happy hunting, and hi 2 bear❤
My late father used to say to us x5 sisters and a brother " when in town keep your window down " meaning to look around all the time as you don't know what is under your feet
So impressed with the number of multis you found. My first time I only found about three. Imagine my heartbreak later when I discovered a hole in the bottom of my bag and the multis gone! 💔
Let me know what your favourite colour of sea glass to find is and which piece is your favourite out of what we found! Make sure you check out the day 2 video as well!
You’ve made me want to go to Seaham even more :-) I’d love to find bubbles and multis!! I’ve still got videos from last summer to post lol . Sea glass with crafted by gilly
There just aren’t very many Multies there. You were doing so well finding them…i was jealous as I was watching your video!! 😂I was there for 5 days last year , hunting all day long, and only found 6 total. Congratulations on your glorious finds!!
I loved all the multi's you found, but my favourite pieces were those bits of metal. One looked like a centipede. You could make some gorgeous jewellery with those. Will we get to see anything you make in the future? Looking forward to part 2 of Seaham 🤗
I'm a rock collector, but I love watching you find sea glass. I envy you your rocky beaches of beautiful rocks. Do you know why this particular beach is known for "multies"? The fossil you picked up looks similar to one we find in Michigan called Cladophora. They polish beautifully.
* You can put the Tiniest pieces of glass in tiny bottles & wire wrap them for Jewelry or just have them for Display of your micro-finds..~ The milk glass you found at the 30:40 mark has lines like a Poison bottle...
What time of the year did you go to Seaham? We are going in May, do you think I will need a coat on the beach? I was planning on wearing boots since there are so many pebbles on the beach, but wondered if I needed to bring a hat as well? Thanks!
My favourite part of this video? Your excitement when you make a good find. 💙😍
I’m always over the moon! And I never want that to change. Beachcombing is my joy ❤️
That makes me jealous abit. Beach, nice day with dogs, searching for sea glass. What a perfect day!!
It was lovely and we’ve just returned from there again! More videos coming soon
The seaglass there just shines within the pebnles like little diamonds. What a haul!! Love the video😊
Thank you!

OHHH, I love those multi, else, I love blue in all nuances. And other colors too, yellow and red.
I like the blues best aside from the Multis!
You did 100% better on the multis than I did. I love the stripy one.
Day 2 (coming Sunday) was not successful at all! But I did have fun and find some lovely plain glass

The next day I had hardly any success! It’s really tricky and absolutely down to luck. Are you going back again?

Yes I have a video in my Seaham playlist that explains where the Multis come from ☺️

13:48 my first thought was that it was a jellybean 😂

I’ve been at many different times! The UK weather is a bit bonkers and you can never predict it so best to bring what you think you’ll need!
