Ingredients: Fresh crab meat Green Bell peppers Guidry's frozen seasoning Fresh Louisiana Shrimp Italian style bread crumbs 3 eggs slap ya mama seasoning, pepper and salt (seasoning of your choice) 1/2 of stick of butter sugar Instructions: CREATING SEAFOOD STUFFING Pour Guidry's frozen seasoning or seasoning of your choice into skillet (Time stamp: 0:18) add raw shrimp to skillet, fully cook shrimp add 1 container of fresh crab meat (Time stamp: 0:57) let cook crab meat and shrimp cook down add 1/2 of container of Italian style bread crumbs and mix in add 2 eggs and mix in add little of chicken broth (to loosen mixture) and stir all together, add more bread crumbs (as stirring), add more chicken broth (as stirring) add Slap Ya Mama seasoning or seasoning of your choice, pepper and salt add 1/2 of stick of butter- mix until butter has melted add a little bit of sugar STUFFING BELL PEPPERS Wash off bell peppers then cut in half. Place inside of alumnium container (Time stamp: 3:31) start to add seafood stuffing to bell pepper halves. then add breadcrumbs onto top of each bread add a scoop of butter at top of each bell pepper (timestamp: 4:00) add water to bottom of pan cover with aluminum foil and put in oven on 350 degrees for 45 minutes Any questions? I would personally beat my eggs in a separate bowl because you never know if you may run into a bad aka rotten egg. If you just crack the egg directly into the stuffing mixture then it ruins the whole mixture and all that wonderful seafood. Looks good, thanks for sharing
