Same to me. The first match of Masha which I watched was in RG2004. I though:"oh, this girl plays well. She definitely achieve something in the next few years." But you know, I was wrong. Just few weeks later, she won Wimbledon. I was surprised and excited. Since then, I became a fan of Masha. I love her. Without Masha, tennis seems boring.

Waking up early and stay late at night and enjoying every bit of her match. I truly fear for the future of women’s tennis . Sharapova and the Williams sisters are the superstars of the WTA , everyone in the world knows who they are in one way or another . Yes Sharapova has beauty, but she backed it up with her accomplishments. The Williams sisters ate the GOATS , everyone knows they are the best . People come to see all three players play .
They are the ones who sell tickets , box office attention etc , I really can’t pick anyone presently who consistently stays at the top of their game or can sell tickets , because truly that’s all that matters , while tennis is a sport, it’s entertainment . I remember Sharapova at the Australian Open first round couple years back , she was first on court for the day , once her matched finished , the next match was two other ladies yet people left the stadium after .
Very sad , WTA need superstars like the sharpie or the William sisters .
