    Hi Angie
I don’t usually write as I am an older gal ....almost 70 however I had to tell you I followed your look step by step pausing you when I needed and I just had the best time !
Had to share AND I had good luck with the eyes!
Thanks so much...you are a great teacher and that is coming from a retired teacher!
I sure do encourage all the 65 plus gals to follow you and also Melissa 55.

My eyelids seem to lead their own life, they look different every day, one day less hooded and other days really hooded🤷🏻‍♀️ Depending on how i sleep, lay and what i ate the day before (salty). I don’t drink alcohol but when i use to drink sometimes i always woke up with hooded eyes😂. Makes such a difference with eyeshadow, the same in my case. Thinking about surgery, as a makeup artist i would really enjoy a spacy and tight lid, shimmer in the crease😍😄 You and your makeup look great Angie!👌🏼You look like a very pretty friend of mine, she looks like Bo Derek!

@@sherrysawyer6819 I found it as insensitive as you did, Sherry. I'm rather thick-skinned, too, but I also recognize that not everyone is genuinely self-confident and rather indifferent to what strangers think. Even someone as thick-skinned as me thought it was careless, at best, and intentionally rude, at worst. It's as if the person who left the comment was deficient in empathy for others (read: a narcissist).
It's the kind of comment you might expect from a child at the grocery store who asks the pregnant female in line in front of them why she is so "fat". While we can all understand why a young child might say something so inappropriate, we expect adults to possess empathy for others.

I am an eye doctor and there are 2 medication drops that are available to help droopy lids. One is Lumify which is mostly for whitening the eye, but also gives a slight lid lift. The other drop is Updeeq which is specifically meant for improving droopy lids. It is by prescription whereas the Lumify is OTC.

First of all, thank you so much for your tutorials. I have recently discovered them and it is really helpful to find a single voice that resonates. Now I don't have to go through a dozen youtube videos to find what I need. I can just go to your channel. Now, I had major eye surgery many years ago to repair damage from Grave's eye disease. While the surgery was fantastic and let my eyes move back into the sockets, there is still a tiny gap where my lids don't close properly. This means that my eyes get irritated very easily. The tiniest drop of powder or eye shadow that gets in will result in me having to remove all the makeup and treat my eyes with soothing eyedrops. So, mascara and anything on the waterline is out. I do try to smudge some shadow under my bottom lashes and that is ok, but I am not sure it has the effect that I want it to have. Particularly as my eyesight is not what it was. I wear glasses all the time. What eye makeup would you suggest?

Dear Angie, i do need to leave my comment: i started to follow your skincare and antiaging tips and i literally got rid of hoodiness on my eyes! Completely! I am 38 and it took me 3 weeks to see the huuuuuuuuugest ever difference. I started to sleep on my back, did gentle but regular impulse t-massage in eye area plus added peptide eyecream and q10 serum in skincare. This is magic!!!! I am so grateful to you for all the knowledge you share😍😍😍😍😍

I've just turned 50 and I've invested in much better skincare but I now need to embrace a change in how I do my makeup and this tutorial and the few others I've just watched have been amazing. Struggling a little with the changes I need to make but you have really inspired me this evening....thankyou so much. Btw I adore your honesty and sharing pics of yourself makeup free....you're stunning both ways. Thankyou for making me feel better about myself 🥰🥰

At aged 56 my eyelids need scaffolding and as we have no where to go at the moment, I have not been bothering with full make up, only the usual foundation for work. Cannot wait to start going out again and using the tutorials and putting them into practice :)

I have had good success with some of the Dollar tree makeup. I've been using them for years due to finances. My favorites are the LA colors lipstick in white tube, LA colors lip gloss white lid, LA colors bronzer and blush in rectangle packaging. The LA colors eyeshadows aren't my favorite. The Sassy and chic bb cream is ok if you can find your shade. Its worth buying two to mix to create your shade. It doesn't break me out. I have tried all the DT mascara brands and don't like any. The LA colors powder in the black round compact is good if you can find it but the compact is junk. It stays in my makeup drawer lol

Beautiful, natural everyday look. Thx for the tip of placing the Glossier Cloud Paint high on the cheek bone and then blending down rather than the other way around which I had been doing. Also liked the idea of placing highlighter directly on top of the blush rather than above it. Will try this out before going to work tonight.
