I do ALOT of seated hip addictions with bands and I have been for months I do them in between sets and my hips went from 37-39! So they def work it just takes time
a w for me it takes sooooo fucking long to get any muscle gain but I do have my hip muscles very defined now and all I did was hip and band work for few minutes (maybe 5-8) before leg workouts. She knows what she’s talking about! :)

Thank you, this was the missing piece to the puzzle for me! I don’t have hip dips but from the back, my cheeks look like they have a dent in them. I just quickly tried these exercises to get a pump and the dents have smoothed out, so I now know I need to build this muscle more. I was surprised by the single leg glute bridges, too. I usually can’t finish the rep in workouts and now I know why.

A little 3-5 second hold to each repetition will increase firing in those muscles. Overall, amazing video, the best I've seen along side Athlean X (which speaks volumes)!!

I have a V shape butt before weight loss it was very wide at the top flat at the bottom the more workout I do and the more weight I lose my butt still V shape just a smaller v shape now. One of the things your glute minimus muscle does is keep your hip joint in the socket in your pelvis. I had a spinal hernia about 10 years ago which caused a little sciatica (nerve pinching) pain in my right butt under my glute minimus. That encouraged me to avoid using my right glute minimus, which make it weaker and weaker. Now I find that my right hip is unstable! My hip joint is coming apart! If I leave things as they are, I will not be able to run, jog, cycle, or play sport, and or dislocate my hip and do major damage to the joint. I am pretty athletic elsewhere in my body but if one glute minimus were to stop working, my whole body would be ******. I am doing these (in video) exercises like crazy. One can also stretch to avoid sciatica pain, and do general mobility sports.

My butt is humongous. I can't fit through doors, I always have to force myself through. Ican't sit on toilets because they break. I knock things over a lot. It's *REALLY* hard to fit in jeans, I always hope they don't rip. People are always slapping my booty. I broke a chair when I sat down. Whenever I walk people say *DAAAAMN!* I'm too thicc.

These are also great exercises to super set with heavier compound movements or to do as a warm up before really hitting those heavy movements.
