I have experienced both to thick and to thin. I have been on both Estrogen and progesterone. Plus, I have had a D and C along with Depo shots, Birth control, IUD's and Metformin. I have PCOS and I suffer from hemorrhaging to the point that my iron blood saturation is 5%.... It is so frustrating when doctors act like only thin ppl experience too thin a lining or only heavy ppl experience too thick of a lining or that its not as bad as you say or imply that its not "that bad". I will be undergoing a hysterectomy to remove everything but the ovaries and Im only 32.
In my case partially same to you.As a medical student I get more frustrated for not having an exact solution to cure my Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding.I have gone through Progesterone, Estrogen,Birth control pills , Thyroid hormone supplements( for 6 months in my puberty). I don't have PCOS.Now heading towards a Therapeutic D&C tomorrow .I have no abnormalities in my uterus and ovaries but don't know whether it will cure or not..I am 26 now and want to have babies.I hope God will help me..🙏🙏🙏
My 13 year old has bled for 6weeks and is anemic. Kaiser keeps giving us the run around. They put her on oral contraceptives. Poor kid is miserable and as a parent I feel terrible for not being able to help her. I’m doing everything I can to get her iron back up via iron pills good foods and iron rich smoothies. I pray these pills work.
