Currently on 2200 first proper cut since I started training I have finally learnt the fundamentals of a cut. Keep your vids up mate you deserve a lot more subscribers than 40k. They'll come bro.
Ground turkey has been my saving grace during this year's cut. Costco had it on sale and i just stocked my mini freezer full of it. I like mixing it in with VH Red coconut curry sauce. And sometimes a bulgogi sauce

I only drank about 1/3 of it but about 2 hours apart. Depends on the person but my caffeine tolerance is pretty high

As someone similar height to you I'm worried I'm going to have to drop my calories down more as we get closer to summer....I don't really want to but it might have to be done lol. Currently averaging around 2700-2900 cals a day 200+g of protein, and I'm doing cardio everyday including rest days for at least 30 mins or 350 active calories burned on the apple watch.
Yeah I mean I’m not your coach so idk but I would drop cals before adding more cardio imo
I'm getting 200g of protein in only 1800 calories. 2700 would be easy as hell.
