Infinite had such cool desing voice and powers to make a great villain though too bad he was not used in a sonic game that deserved him.
It seems like the writers just didn't liked the character, cause he doens't even got a proper ending

My version for Final Infinite:
He take the true Phantom Ruby to power himself up.
His cubes now are purple like the floor in Nullspace.
He destroys the reality and transform everything into Nullspace.
You fight him with super Sonic.
If you get hit by the purple cubes the illusion will be callbacks to other final bosses, like Perfect Dark Gaia comes from the bottom of the screen and use his 6 arm clash like in the Wii version or Solaris Phase 2 appears and use his many laser attack.

That would just be a finale of Sonic, we all needed a TRUE finale which is NOT horrible, so this game wasn’t that bad but it’s not over yet!
I already made some plans for SEGA during the latest upload before the the brief history of Sonic.
If it called back to every original main antagonist, that means Knuckles, Black Doom(episode Shadow boss fight), Silver, Mephiles, the mage from Black Knight, the Dark Brotherhood, and possibly original Robotnik as well(don't know what happened to him after Generations after all-) would be showing up
Mabye if the chaos emeralds were involved, and you get them all, you could unlock his true fight like in sonic colours.

Absolutely LOVE this remix. There's shades of each big bad's theme from forces I feel in the remix strangely, all while Infinite's bits are always in the back showing who's truly in control. This is epic and I have quite the idea for this. I'll credit your music of course

MiatriSs, I respect your talent you wonderful woman. I've been trying to have people open up to this Remix and expect great things because you really do work hard to make this masterpiece enjoyable.
I still can't get over how perfect this Remix is, it should've been the original or better yet for when Infinite returns better and stronger.

The battle starts, with Knuckles and the Rookie teaming up against Infinite’s copies, and Sonic and Shadow battling Infinite directly. I’ll go more into detail later.
At the end, Knuckles and the Rookie clear out all of the copies.
Knuckles: “Now’s your chance, you two!”
Sonic charges a light-speed attack, and Shadow removes his Inhibitor Rings.
Sonic: “You ready, Shadow?!”
Shadow: “It’s now or never, Sonic!”
The two barrage Infinite, Sonic dashing around the battlefield as Shadow unleashes hundreds of Chaos Spears from above. (Mash X/Square)
Shadow lands, as Sonic skids to a stop beside him.
Both: “Double boost!” (Timed press of X/Square)
The two slam into Infinite, sending him flying out of view.
