I used to run plugs down through holes from the bank of the small local rivers with the longest rod bi-mart stocked. Savage, savage hits in front of all of the drift fisherman lol!

im leaning towards ultra sonic frequencies the reason why one lure triggers fish and one lure is ignored, sometimes ive almost lost count on the fish i get on a mepps try another brand and the bites reduced but i could return the next day and have my mepps refused but my bluefox vibrax inhaled on ever cast, i think theres a certain trigger with salmonoids and lure frequency

The lure has not been tuned. Use pliers and turn the eye one front of lure '' just a tiny bit''. Now lower it into the water and see if it pulls straight as you pull hard forward on rod. It should now do a much better job for you. The fish see it isnt natural swimmer when it goes off to one side. Good luck.

but would that same action in a different colour still work?? possibly not. it has to be a combination of things. but then, a spoon will catch them as well, and spoons have no action at all compared to that maglip.

maybe there were fumes coming off the paint on the one you painted pink. Another possibility could be that Yakima brand uses a lot of UV reflective paints which would look the same pink to us but completely different to the fish

Try bw29 or brads wiggler 29 I shouldn’t be telling you this cause it is so absolutely over powered but I got a 40 fish day steelhead and coho it annihilates
