GUYS! I solved the problem with the "Token ID" thing!. Just place the whole "One_M8_All-In-One_kit" file to your "C:// Drive" so the directory of the file would be "C:\One_M8_All-In-One_Kit_v" Now try again and that would solve the problem. Thumbs Up to help!!

Number One is: educate yourself as much as your can beforehand and make sure you know exactly what to do to revert things to the state before fiddling around. Second point learn where to get immediate advice before any operation that might go wrong. If that is too difficult or time consuming leave things alone.

I Was going to do a fresh install in a few days anyways, so on the bright side it expedited the install lol I don't think such program exists right now. SOLUTION FOR BOOT FAILURE: just rename all the folders in tool kit and you're good to go. Worked for me.
follow register at HTCDev, then click Get Token ID, the first window appears saying "error: device not found". What do i do from here?

Perhaps you should try and post videos to completely go back to factory state as well?
