Now that Trump has said he can pay the reduced bond the appeal can go ahead without further delay. I’m not sure that’s what Trump wanted.
It will be another 10 days of insanity...he will tell the court he can't get a bond, but he will go on TV and say he has $500 million, etc, etc. And eventually, he will get through the bond unscathed. The appellate will probably lower the amount he owes but he will still be held liable.

Remember, after defaulting on $640 million in loans that Deutsche Bank made to develop 401 North Wabash Avenue in Chicago due to poor condo sales and then the tombstone of the financial crisis, Donald Trump sued Deutsche Bank for predatory lending practices (a little bit of how he treats America in general.) In the end Donald Trump settled with Deutsch Bank for only $270 million dollars, which in turn was sourced from the private investment arm of the bank from shady sources. This branch of the bank has paid over $186 million in fines over it's practices of lending money of shady origin. And having loaned Donald Trump somewhere around $2.5 billion in his lifetime and actually collected less than three quarters of a billion is literally having lost more than a billion dollars on Donald Trump (quiet my dears about no victims), drawn the eye of German auditors, exposed the German financial system to collapse and certainly the legitimacy of the banks business, the executives at the bank after the end of Donald Trump's time in power actually said they didn't want to do any more business with him citing "bad exposure" that meaning both risk and publicity. If someone like Trump or a corporate entity fraudulently inflates values to get a LOWER rate, regular people like you and me end up paying HIGHER interest rates to cover fixed costs of banking operations. This includes insurance and other risks. That is WHY it’s a crime to fraudulently submit information. It adds risks to all of us. Many, many borrowers are prosecuted for this even if they pay back the loans. WE are all victims.
