When judge Merchan said that he agreed that it would have been better if some things had been left unsaid, he in effect was stating and admitting that the jury was tainted and influenced by the information they had just heard from the prosecution. Therefore, this judge should without delay be forced to recuse himself and there should most definitely be a mistrial....PERIOD!
The problem is that the judge allowed it to be said in the first place despite the defences objections beforehand that he overruled.
@@peterbuckley3877 The problem is the judge did it deliberately, specifically to damage Trump. So he sure isn't going to agree to a mistrial. He is pulling ever lever possible to taint the jury and control the evidence so that there is a chance for a conviction from the (likely) 95% democrat jurists, likely knowing that a conviction will be thrown out at the Appeals court level - but he doesn't care. This is law fare with the objective of tilting a few percentage of votes away from Trump to Biden based on the "he's a Felon" argument that Biden will pound the table with. It is all part of the plan.

Trump paid hush money so people would not hear the very things she said in court. Those things had to be heard (even though there is way more salacious details we did not hear) because those very things are MOTIVE for paying the hush money in the first place. I've been selected twice to be on a jury. And it's very easy to get out of it. Both times I went in there and says I'm not God I can't judge other people . Both times I was denied and set home. It's not hard to get out of jury duty.

This was a good interview. The hosts did not give only softball questions, and Ms. Habba did not answer obliquely, but rather answered clearly and convincingly. I can see that she is not just a pretty face; she is truly capable, and the cases are proceeding as well as possible given the very hostile venues.
Habba has consistently made serious mistakes as Trump's attorney. There is no question that while Trump would not have won, he lost badly due to her incompetence, costing him potentially millions.
