This Goat Cheese and Sun DriedTomato Appetizer is as easy as opening a can and package. But don't be fooled, just because it's simple, doesn't mean it's not good.
This is one of my favorite go to simple and easy appetizers. Amazing flavor and everyone seems to like it because there is never any left!!

You are going to love it. Don't throw the oil away from the sun dried tomatoes, it adds flavor. I've found it's best with a trisket cracker but if you don't have them, need to be something substantial to hold up to the ingredients. Let me know how you like it!
