3 ears of corn chopped
2 Cajun sausage chopped
8 clams
4 snow crab clusters cut into pieces
2 lbs shrimp
1/2 cup minced garlic
1 stick or 1/2 cup unsalted butter
3 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp Cajun hot seasoning
2 tsp fish seasoning
2 tsp old bay lemon and herb pepper
1 tsp black pepper
3 tsp old bay
2 tbsp. paprika
1/2 habanero pepper chopped - optional
