    1 1/2 lbs crab legs
    1 tbsp green seasoning
    1 blue crab bullion cube
    2 tsp fish seasoning
    Salt to taste
    Black pepper to taste

    1 tbsp oil
    1 bundle Bhagi or taro leaves or baby spinach leaves
    2 cups coconut milk
    1/2 red bell pepper
    8 ochroes sliced
    1 crab bullion cubes
    1 carrot sliced
    2 cups pumpkin
    1 large onion chopped
    2 tbsp minced garlic
    3 pimento peppers chopped
    1/2 hot pepper chopped
    1/4 cup chopped parsley
    2 tbsp golden Ray
    Salt to taste
    Black pepper to taste

    the Bush that you use, is it also called ...elephant ears... just asking because I have seen that Bush before, but no one knew the name.

      MsLovingLife I wasn't sure so I googled it and it's actually a different leaf that looks similar to this. It's called eddose leaves and from experience they don't cook or melt down like these do.
