Instead of using 2 or 1½ pads we can use pads which are made for nights... night pads which are suppper looong and in this way we don't hv to waste 2 pads

I use menstrual cup since the first time i got my periods .... All problems, one solution ☺
But i never felt the periods cramps, never, I used to think something is wrong with me😅 but when I consulted my doctor, she told me, "it's all okay, periods are normal , period pain isn't". She explained that excess period cramping is actualy a medical condition and the treatment is available. I wish girls don't blindly believe that the pain is meant to be tolerated rather get the checkup done , coz there are rarely any teenage girl who visit a gynic

I personally use it since the first time i got my period, I was 13 at that time. But yes some people may have full coverage hymen (a medical condition known as imperforated hymen) in that case u have to consult your doctor. And another thing is u should use a right size

No you should not wash your used pads again for reuse beacause they also develop bacteria that can affect your vaginal healt, it can cause bacterial growth
