When i got my first period my mom taught me that used pad must be throw in the dustbin with wrapping into the paper and tissue paper..
I started watching your videos 2 years ago and I was prepared for my periods so I knew that how to deal with cramps and all...plus I always throw the used pad like that 🙂

Zip lock bag
Sanitizer
Note. I carry a zip lock bag because in case I get me period and I spoil my undies instead of putting it straight in your pouch or your bag I put it in my zip lock bag and ,eep it in my pouch and wash it back at home.
But I cant change panties in my school and i hate getting period in school but it will be good if I use this ULTIMATE SURVIVAL KIT
