Again if i join as a gp presently and work in a clinic , after 2 years can i apply for specialist post with just a clinic experience ? Hello sir i hope you are doing well. Sir i am currently working as a vascular surgery resident in Pakistan. I did my fellowship in general and lapro surgery along with mrcs. Sir can you please guide me what should be my future plans? Because i want to move to dubai or anywhere in uae for that matter. What are my chances of selection and should i apply immediately after doing super speciality or do i need any hospital experience after doing vascular surgery fellowship? Dr, English is mandatory. Arabic is optional. Depends on the category of hospitals u may need to learn language. Indian management hospital will prefer Indian language like Hindi, Malayalam.
Arabic management hospital will prefer Arabic. But at the end all u need is skill,knowledge, experience. Languages are secondary.

Dr. 6 yrs enough for gp. No worries. U are eligible for gp. But keep experience certificate. U should not have a gap of lack of experience more 2 yrs. if yes, then u need to provide CME points to fill the lack of experience.

Graduates of Medical Courses in UK accredited by the General Medical Council (UK Graduates ONLY) and Valid GMC registration (applicable to non-UK graduates whose PLAB exams have passed the five (5) years validity).

Dr. u can upgrade in that way. I did md and came directly here. worked as GP for 3 yrs and upgrade to specialist now. My friend anesthesist also did the same. but I am not sure about radio diagnosis and derm.

What about a GP trained in the UK? With CCT/completed MRCGP. Are they considered equivalent to a CONSULTANT? As the GP jobs you're referring to in the video sound like are for people without specialty training...
