@@doctorahmadawais5092 you may not be paid in the overseas country but it can be quite easily be referenced on contracts and remuneration. AED is also pegged to USD which facilitates this further.
And yes there are many countries that would pay in international currency if their own domestic currency is weak or subject to high inflation. AED wouldn't be one of these..but point still stands
