Quick advice for those ladies who weren’t born with naturally white teeth: I was have teeth enamel erosion so my adult teeth (the four front top teeth and four front bottom teeth) have no white enamel . I don’t have veneers but I have dental bonding that I got when I was 11 years old I’m now 27 and they’ve stayed white all those years(they’re only supposed to last max 7 years but I’ve taken care of them) and I’ve taken care of them so I’ve learned to not chew with my front teeth ever!But for those ladies who are thinking of veneers ask your dentist about dental bonding instead it’s so much cheaper and adds better quality of life if you have insecurity about your teeth!

Best thing I could have ever done for myself is get a foot care nurse to take care of my two big toenails. It was cut wrong in the past at a salon and it started to grow thick and started to gather crap underneath. I finally made the decision to take care of myself and not sure why I waited so long.. my nails are growing in normal color finally and I can't wait to get pedicures again!!
