    Look awesome! Use clear nail polish on the bumper, sounds goofy but drys thick and clean and will stop corrosion!

    100% recommend the ranch hand, my dad had one on his old lbz and we hit a deer going 75 and my little brother stayed asleep and there was no damage at all.

    Good job, looks great. I recommend the Ranchhand bumpers. I have the Legend series on both ends of my 07.5. Guy hit me in the rear doing 40...totaled his car and all I got was his paint on my bumper. Only thing to look out for with them is the mount holes are larger than the frame holes and the supplied bolts, so you have to re-adjust them periodically. Anyways, keep up the good work. Thank you for your service and for the videos.

      Truck Master - naw looks good bro, it's even on both sides and doesn't look hacked the fuck up. I've seen alot worse that's for sure. I would get some duplicolor clear and paint that edge with the nail style brush to keep it off the rest of the bumper and rock that shit. Ranch hand makes nice bumpers but nothing is better than fabbing up your own bumper that nobody else has.

    That's exactly how I've always cut my bumpers. I've never found anything that will hold up to the constant abrasion of snow, salt, and sand in the winter for coating the bare metal. It's right in the line of fire with the tires.

    The ranch hand bumper a friend of mine said there amazing, a friend of his was driving down the highway someone pulled out in front of him they hit at 55mph just a paint scuff on the ranch hand , the car totaled, maybe use a rattle can of galvanized paint on that bare metal tape it off to prevent over spray. Thx for the video share, my 08 i bought in the U.P. my frame rusted bad my son suggested bed liner from the door rubber bump trim , i debadged taped sprayed that bottom area from the lower front all the way back , it looks nice grey/silver & black lots of complements, but I'd use galvanized paint on the bare steel. In case you don't post a video Hope you and your family have a great Thanksgiving.

  • @cesarlaso356
    @cesarlaso356 7 років тому

    Lol, man I wish I would've waited to buy these wheels.
    Looking at the troubles your having even with a 6" lift makes me think the 2" leveling keys I just ordered won't be enough to stop my rubbing issue.
    I've pounded the wheel well closest to the cab aka "NorCal Mod". That helped me gain 1.5" I've cut 6 inches off the front bumper and I upgraded to kryptonite uca's and am waiting on kryptonite leveling keys. I all ready have 5100 Bilstein struts and steering damper so I can level it another 2". After work I will be relocating the window washer fluid reservoir and removing the wheel well support. I am hard up on keeping my cv shaft angles as low as possible and would love to keep my keys as low as possible. I like that look.
    NorCal suggest clear as rust prevention. Forgot to mention that, another guy already said it a few post down.
    *Edited for lift type
