We get some nice insight from Suppy, Grimm and the boys. And we unbox a Blueprint 632ci Big Block engine, and my new Gearstar 4L80 non-lock up, manual valve body, 4x4 transmission for Waylon ( Turbo Godzilla swapped 2dr Tahoe)

I love and hate seeing hoonigan disband, I love seeing the individuals of hoonigan get to tackle there dreams without corporate bs holding them back but I also miss the old hoonigan where stuff was just guys goofin around with cars and not using the same format because it gets the most views, love the work Zack keep it up

I've been saying this and even told Scotto directly that Hoonigan could print $ if they upgraded their film and editing department and focused on staff builds and smaller projects and consistently dropped episodes. I don't need to see a Warthog or donk get built, but someone doing an engine swap on an attainable vehicle or doing minor custom touches would really help future builders learn. There was enough staff that each day of the week could of been an update video from a diff staff member along with build bios on pro vehicle, foolish stuff like manline, this vs that, rc stuff, etc could of easily filled up the rest. It's a shame they were sellouts.

Lutron makes some great lighting fixtures and components. Very adjustable and configurable for any space.
I use that bendpak at work! Love it for personal cars. My BMW’s aren’t as low as your GS. So pleasantly surprised it fits. I was planning to purchase a personal one when the time comes, but was always worried about height with low cars.
Side note… back to looking at C6GS and C6 ZR1s again lol thank you 🙏
even though the corvette clears, go get yourself some 6x4 horse mats (rubber mats.) you can drive over them, AND as an add bonus they'll be softer on the tootsies while you're busy wrenching. who knows it might even save some parts or something from damage when you drop it.

You need a safety cutoff switch dropped down from the ceiling to stop the lift if it gets to close to the sprinkler pipe. Because you know it's going to happen... 🙂

Look up Hyper Lighting. Great lighting, fair price. Avoid those stupid ass Hexagrid lights they don’t provide a lot of light they just look cool. Keep grinding bro! Loving the progress updates.
RAB color selectable LED bulbs, you can get your light fixture’s retrofit to run them! Keeps you from having to change the entire light fixture out 👌

The sprinklers are at an angle cause they're onna air system and it lets built up condensation run to a drip valve so you dont get a puddle in your pipe n it freezes n bursts 👍🏼
I checked a lift off my bucket list last summer and I still find every excuse to use it to this day. Last week I did my first oil change on my raptor bronco and obviously that is quite a bit heavier than my other cars, but it didn’t break a sweat
I finally got a garage that can fit a lift. I cannot wait for new lift day excitement!
There is a reason they slope the sprinkler system so the water drains to where it’s being supplied from. It’s slanted for draining purposes… 👍🏼
I used to love watching gnarpm but didn’t know where you went after that because I never watched hoonigan. Glad to see you’re back and excited for what’s coming.
Something to keep in mind with lift placement, is making sure there is enough space to remove axles.

For the lights I think you might want to avoid the common hexagon type lighting. I've heard they burn out frequently and are a pain to replace. Not sure of a good option though.

Hey Zack, can you tell us how you set up a small shop like yours? I got a tiny garage at my apartment, and have been trying to find space like that. What kind of things do you need to consider, how expensive is it, ect?

I know you’ve been doing this a long time but you’ll be much happier with the 9k lift. Cars get way heavier than you would think. That 7k would have been struggling

floor, i'm just not a fan of epoxy any more. peels way too often. next garage I have i'll put down the tile floor system. nice thing is you damage it you can fix it, and it can go with you when/if you change shops in the future.
To do epoxy floors correct and not have this issue, you have to do some serious prep work. You;'ll see in the next episode.
