ooDirtyMickoo
You'd think a channel called MUNCHIES wouldn't be obvious :/
ooDirtyMickoo they better be...the way to roll (or make food in this case)
They obviously came straight from their 4.20 meeting with Mary Jane. Which makes this video so much greater!
If you live in SF and you enjoyed this video, they really need your support now. Wise Sons just had a terrible fire and and every bit of business is important. Show your support!
David Hollander I'm sure the Jewish community had no problem finding the funds ;)
LedZepp1109 hahaha
David Hollander We have 113 suspects from this video alone!
+LedZepp1109 How inappropriate is that?
Ida Männistö
Not at all when you consider that 1% of the population maintains 35% of the top 400 richest people in the US, that being the Jewish demographic.
The guy in the red shirt is stoned as fuck
+Simon Both are fucking high
naa , they are real stoners
1:18 Well he is a baker lol. Always about the grams if you know what i mean.
5:38 Meat goes on in thin slices

I dunno if it's just me but they seem stoned LOL
did they get drunk first?
***** famos last words "Have a bowl" 3:09
+Munchies Protip: sautee the kimchi first for extra sourness!
explaning in grams is much more usefull dan cups ts etc. thx
are us Americans the only ones without scales in their kitchens? Imagine having to weigh all your ingredients
@@blackaxium234 Well i wouldnt say weighing ingredients is more difficult than measuring them, its basically the same thing...
@@blackaxium234 I was skeptical about using a scale, but after living abroad, I love it. It's more accurate, which is especially nice for some things like baking. Dry ingredients larger than a tablespoon just get dumped into one bowl which sits on the scale. It's much nicer than getting out all of the measuring cups, making sometimes several scoops just to measure one ingredient, and then hoping you don't have to reuse scoop that you just dirtied.
@@blackaxium234 you don't have scales for cooking?
Certain parts of cooking needs to be extremely precise. Brining with salt and curing salts are very precise. Measuring by volume can be problematic because of maybe something like flour. Flour has too many variables of the flour compressing into a smaller volume. If the same amount of flour of 1/2 cup is compressed into 15/16 of a cup it is still the same amount of flour. All matter has a molecular weight and by using weight we can accurately reproduce our recipes and their dishes.
Vice is fucking killing it with this channel.
Oh yeah, now that really puts a nice twist on a typical reuben! Very nice!
Hey! Funny seeing you here instead of at the Dollar Tree!
I guess Im asking randomly but does any of you know of a method to log back into an Instagram account?
I was dumb forgot my password. I would appreciate any assistance you can offer me!
@Ridge Lachlan instablaster =)
@Royce Lennox thanks so much for your reply. I found the site on google and I'm in the hacking process now.
I see it takes quite some time so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
@Royce Lennox it did the trick and I finally got access to my account again. I am so happy!

Keegan Dasitmane Oh shit, you're a guy? Sorry mate.
MrStreetballer5 I'm eating 3 day old spaghetti while watching this.
As a New York native and Reuben aficionado who lived in SF until last year, I give your East Coast style deli food a full five stars. I'm excited to have your official blessing for craftin a kimchi version of my favorite sandwich.
These guys are hilarious. And that's some tasty food. I'd like to see more of Leo and Evan!
Those two are stoned as fuck aren't they?
Or is it just me? LOL
they are definitely stoned.....I can tell because I am definitely stoned.
Haha LOL yeah so was I : ) but I think even not stoned I'd've been able to tell they were semi baked.. No pun intended 😄💚🐾
Ha ha! I think you might be onto something here! I guess you might just have to be stoned to call a non Kosher sandwich a Reuben.
That bite into the sandwich was magical.
munchies, more deli recipes!!
Great vid. I've been making sauerkraut with Korean chili powder for years, kind of a hybrid of kimchi and kraut
"Okay we're gonna take about five grams of garlic"
*adds 70g of garlic

"Famous last words leo"

Bryan Slekovich Anywhere??? Come to TX, son, specifically the Brisket Belt (Central TX)

Bryan Slekovich
Right on, well its good stuff, my man I'm not saying make it your life's mission to get here and taste it but its definitely a 'bucket list' to do.
yeah make sure you come to Austin and check out Franklins sometime. the only problem is you'll never like brisket outside of Texas again.
Thats the first I see guys from America using proper bread to make a sandwich

Corned Beef.
Toasting the bread in clarified butter.

Wise Sons Goyisha Deli.
Dayum that looks delicious.
You forgot the Pitzman's Mustard in the Russian.
I usually buy the economy bottle, I use so much.

That looks really good
Stoned as fuuuck
Haha me too and too lazy to cook. Oh well, I'll just watch more videos like this till I pass out from starvation and crying from jealousy.
if you run a business, keeping track of the amounts is important so it stays consistent
Its 3 in the fucking knight and im watching this. I want 2 cry
3 what in the knight? it's 20 mins past three why am i wondering it
To get most of the kim chi smell out of your fridge. My mom uses plastic wrap before putting the lid on. Then puts it in a large plastic lock container. Lastly because we make 10 pounds of it we need a second fridge just for kimchi.
I really want this now
just thought i would share... I just made this with corned beef from the can , mayo, kimchi, parmesan, thick cut tiger bread and an egg. I would say it was very tasty and fast to make ;)
Liking the kimchee sub, might have to swing by and pick one up!
THAT LOOKS GOOOOOOOOOOOOD
i get whisky ads and only whisky ads whenever i watch munchies videos 0.0
Just one word: Awesome!
Man, that's some good stuff. Some serious niceness...
Do you have a video about making that bread? It's gorgeous.
my mouth is watering
Looks great, can you use the same brine after the first one is done for another brisket. If so how long can one use the same brine before it's a health/flavor issue?
These two have great chemistry. Lol
this has to be one of my favorite munchies videos. now guess what me n uncle bud green are having for dinner at my house?
finally some real food on munchies. none of that plate full of locally grown vegetables bs; these jews know how to eat.
Brilliant!
Good fucking episode guys. Really top notch here. One of my favourite sandwiches too
"Have a bowl" - famous last words.
I'd watch their weekly show.
Best corned beef on rye in Los angeles is 3rd and Fairfax in the farmer's market double stack mmmmmmmmmmmmgooood and don't forget the pickles that Korean's pickled first j/k
Thank you for the recepi
So good
Advanced grilled cheese sandwich over here!
Just a bit curious .… shouldn't you cover the .… ah... concoction when you put it the frig for ten days..?
These two are endearing as fuck.
So love this asian fusion.
Looks so damn tasty, thanks Munchies....
sound ~~good
It's so good
I'm gonna wait 5 to 10 days to eat
ummmmmm been craving kimchi for weeks
Damn, looks good !
Tartar sauce mixed with ketchup makes a 1000 island dressing...A better dressing on a reuben
they should've separately grilled the kimchi and THEN put it on the sandwich. Grilled kimchi would probably taste a lot better than just plopping it in. T:
truth
+j1978 so good. just had a wild rice bowl with that and avacado
This guy knows what's up.
I've been making kimchi reubens for 7 years. LOL!
+Tammy Quackenbush Hipster alert guys! She has been making them longer than you. Therefore she is superior... /s
As i started watching the video, i was thinking how do these jewish guys get familiar with kimchi or even have a taste for it. Then one of them says its their gfs kimchi. korean gf is the only explanation.
I am not Korean nor do I know any Koreans yet I love kimchi
So ignorant lmao especially if u live in the us where it's just a melting pot of culture especially in nyc where you can just go to little Korea to experience some korean barbeque etc
Idk where ur at right now, but kimchi is mad popular here now KOREAN FOOD IS GETTING STRONGER IN THE WEST
yeah, totally impossible that chefs living in one of the most racially and culturally diverse cities in the world could possibly find out about such such a rare delicacy like kimchi, I mean, it's not like it's served all the time with a ubiquitous food like korean bbq in every town in california or anything.
As I started watching the video, I clicked to the tab which had Pornhub open on it. I rubbed one off over Ava Addams. It was good. Now, what were we talking about again?
Deadly!!!
Great recipe but how is a spoon of butter, "clarified butter"?
You mean you have to wait a week for a damn sandwich? I wouldn't wait a week for the world's finest lobster. Life's too short.
Blazed AF
Anybody know the actual recipe? The recipe for this video on Munchies site is completely different from the video
There's a spot in New Haven that makes a kimchi beet reuben. so good.
fryBASS whats this placed called? Do you mean New Haven, CT?
Yeah,New Haven, CT. It's a bar called Three Sheets.
+fryBASS YES I LOVE THAT PLACE
Was just there last night m8
Wow looks and sounds good. Might be even better to fry the kimchi a little, make it a little caramelized. It turns sweeter and more savory and works better on sandwich's and hotdogs with cheese in my opinion.
***** Not really. Try it before knocking it.
***** I guess it's subjective. I don't find cooked kimchi smell bad at all. It smells as nice and appetising as frying onions or garlic.
Hola,saludos amigos.
That looks fucking awesome.
this is pretty good actually.
YUMMY IN MY TUMMY
Ah the Ruben, you have me until the sauerkraut, then I'm out.
i think i just added 4 cups of drool......🤤
3:36 - watch blue shirt die inside as he pulls out the brisket he literally just set in the fridge.
damn this looks good
I have the same Ikea bowls :D
