FIXED - Spare Tire Lock Seized/Stuck on F150 - No Hacks Here

Today I going to show you how to fix a stuck, rusted or seized spare tire lock on a ford F150. In this video I'm going to show you how to remove the lock so you can access the spare tire and how to mount the spare tire lock cover back on the truck so you don't have a hole in your bumper. In my case the spare tire lock never worked with my key, so my only solution was to remove the spare tire lock and replace the spare tire lock or buy a new one.
This should also work on F250, F350 and F450 's. or F-150, F-250, F350, F450

Ford Genuine XL5Z-1386-AA Spare Wheel Carrier Lock Cylinder
I used:
(2) 3/8 in X 1 ¼ fender washer
(1) ¼ in 20 x 1 -1/2 bolt
(1) ¼ in 20 wing nut
