I just take Benadryl asap, not so much for mosquitos but spider, or stinging like wasps, hornets or horse flies. If you start to swell big time head to the emergency room or u may not live. If you have a venom bite and your body can’t handle it u will need anti venom, urgent care should be able to handle it too and nowadays may be the faster option. In the USA anyway.

Benadryl makes me too sleep if I take it orally which is why topical solutions like these work well for spot mosquito bits and minor skin irritations.
