Love the new series! It was awesome getting to hear from Andrew himself. Great tip on taking the assets you already use and then packaging them up into a useable product for other creators. 🙌 That's exactly what I've been doing on Creative Market and it's been an incredible experience!

In the past I have done everything myself and not used many purchased textures or brushes, so I was a bit overwhelmed by the quantity of products on Creative Market, I was very much looking for tools like he describes that only aid in creating original art. So much of what I found was promising instant gratification or automatic results. I kinda wish there was a better way for people like me who have done digital art for decades to sift out the “tools” from the more stamp pad template oriented content in the store. I’m not sure how that would work. My first and second purchases were both True Grit products. So far, I love them. It was nice to come across this video and discover I had supported someone who seems to have a similar art ethic. 😀
