Very nice! As an old-school former user of Ben Day/Letraset shading sheets, I've been surprised how even fancy graphics programs fail to do this properly. I'm glad your methd works, but really why would Procreate set all the dots vertically by default? Crazy.
Thanks. It is really crazy that Procreate puts these dots vertically. I am working on a set of digital Letraset sheets to use in Procreate and any other app or software that can use masks. Then you can instead of cut out mask out the halftones you don’t want in your image.
Wow! Thank you! This was an awesome tutorial. You made it very easy to understand and what a great way to add texture.
Thank you. This is a lot for me.
Great retrospective! Thanks for yet another great video!
Thanks Gakkie
Thank you. I found this really useful
You are welcome!

Thanks man! This Saturday I will post an extra video about halftones in Procreate. I found a better way.
@@StayfDraws Awesome!!! Cant wait!!!!
Thank you for this amazing tutorial! Now, my biggest question in my life has been solved!
I can remember colorists using multiple overlays of letraset rub-off, each printed in its own color, to realise full-color printed comics.
Yes, those were the days!
@@StayfDraws And every halftone color had its own orientation, if I remember correctly, to minimize moiré effects.
Amazing,,thank you
You are welcome!
Very helpful thank you buddy
Brilliant. Thanks
Thank you for this!
Genius. Thanks!
You are amazing.
thanks for the tutorial rlly cool ! one question though- is there a way to change the distance of the dots? thanks!
If you choose a lighter grey color the distance between the dots are bigger, but the dots get smaller.
