Yes! I had this press before I started getting my other accessories - I originally didn’t like it for Smashburgers - I found that smaller meat balls came out too small and thick, but with larger meatballs, this is the perfect size. Thank you so much for watching!🤙🤙

These look really good. I really like watching you two have fun with the griddle. What you need to add to these to really take them over the top is some pastrami. When it's shaved nice and thin by the deli and then slightly griddled to add to the patty melt, it takes you almost all the way to heaven!

Well, I know what's for dinner tomorrow night! I just got my Blackstone a few weeks ago, and can't wait to try this one. I usually also put some 1000 island (homemade), mixed with a little Dijon when I do a Patty Melt. Perhaps I will try it without this time.
Thank you so much for watching!! For the burgers, we had it at around 530 degrees, and after the 10 second press, we let these sit for a hit a minute and then flipped them. If you don’t see a “dark sear,” keep them on that side u til they look dark brown on the first side. Flip them and place the cheese to melt and cook an additional 2-3 minutes. (That is for these “thicker” burgers, less time for true Smashburgers). Hope this helps!!

For some reason when I butter a bun or pieces of bread, they tend to become mushy on the griddle. Your's always come out perfect! Any secrets you can pass along? Terrific video!!

A friend just asked me to make these a couple of days ago. Absolutely going to try these! Suggestion: if you use mayo as a frying agent and you want more flavor like butter, shake a little salt on it after you spread it on the bread.

Haha!! Great question! We feel fortunate that almost all of these cooks do turn out - usually through trial and error - we honestly thought on this one the bread was going to be burned, but it worked out. We actually have a cook coming up that we had to “alter” a small pot because we burned some of it (we’ll explain in that vid😜). We love though the more we cook, the better to food gets!

Maybe I missed it but what are the details on the hamburger and Worcestershire mix? Did you season your hamburger, then ball, then just pour sauce over top? Or did you season and sauce, then ball?

For some reason when I butter a bun or pieces of bread, they tend to become mushy on the griddle. Your's always come out perfect! Any secrets you can pass along? Terrific video!!
Hey man! Not sure - I just make sure I do a thin coat - I used to put it on too thick and it would get the bread too wet - hope that helps!!

Haha!! Great question! We feel fortunate that almost all of these cooks do turn out - usually through trial and error - we honestly thought on this one the bread was going to be burned, but it worked out. We actually have a cook coming up that we had to “alter” a small pot because we burned some of it (we’ll explain in that vid😜). We love though the more we cook, the better to food gets!
