Also those juice heads telling people you can get to 220lbs ripped naturally

It’s totally impossible that he doesn’t workout his shoulders,looks at those big delta that he has,it didn’t pumped up by doing one of these exercises which he showed,come ooooooooooooooon
Strength does not equal size in this case. Many natty bodybuilders don't need to touch relatively heavy weights by powerlifting standards. Train the muscle not the nervous system.
