He looks 10 years younger than when in Vikings
Constantly stressed out and seeking vengeance adds 10 years
I mean yeah in the current season/seasons they make him look older with makeup/wrinkles etc.
@@kalleanka2796 Hypergamy in action, no one wanted to hook up with Bjornn when he was a regular warrior, once he became leader all these girls thought he was hot and wanted his D. Typical
All Scandinavian dudes look like that once they're clean shaven haha
If I'm not mistaken, his character is supposed to be in his 40's in the current season of Vikings.
Incline treadmill, lateral raises, and bodyweight crunches for insane size gainz! Industry professionals hate him!!
Incline treadmill laying on the bars is basically useless too..
Marco Fiorillo as long as you’re not leaning on them it’s not that much of a difference.
Soooooooo steroids?

Is no one going to mention that dude in the back going in hard with his 200 crunches.
I didn't notice till you pointed it out. Dude was going in!
😁👍
That’s a sex workout right there. Dude training to knock the bottom out.
That dude is my hero. “Sir, we are trying to film here”
“I NEED TO FINISH THIS SET!”
“Ok, hopefully no one minds him in the background”
Absolutely love how he’s just making up names and in the top right corner it just corrects him every time, priceless.
As someone who still has and uses my mom's 8 Minute Ab DVD set, I lost it when he said, 'Way to go, gang!' 😂
Soo good yea :')
I still do my winsor pilates, we had the dvds in the house when I was in high school lol.
Hello 👋
How are you doing and I hope you’re safe?
It took me five minutes to realise it’s actually Alexander talking to the camera. You get so used to his voice as Bjorn that you forget he’s Canadian.
Wait he's Canadian? I thought he was American XD
''Pal, I'm the viking from canada eh?''
@@SlavicPrideOfficial andddddd you just ruined vikings for me🤣
"Shoulder bulking workout" 😂😂😂

or you can use roids and it would CLEARLY pop out
Anyone else remembers him as Cato from Hunger Games?
Of course! A lot of us do!
Cato was intimidating af
alwayssss
He was also in The Loan survivor
One of the most genuine videos I’ve ever seen! Normally they don’t actually inform you, but this one does
He’s awesome in Vikings. Hope I see him in more shows and movies.
I loved his little cameo in midway for 10minutes
my mind doesn't process his normal voice. I can only correlate bjorn with his face
I thought it was just a walk in the park. He made it look easy, don't you think, but when I tried it out, dayum, it's hard, yet it's doable. I like the part when he pointed out that I shouldn't be burning myself out in the gym, so I can be consistent in showing up, facts.
Nah bro
I cant tell if you are being sarcastic or what.
@TheRealBandito Used to do it back in the day when I was slightly overweight, I emphasized on 15% inclined and walked 6km/h ( think that's 4mph). Did this for about an hour and managed to burn 900 calories in one session, but I didn't just lose fat - I also lost alot of muscles. Did this perhaps 3-4 times a week so i eventually reached my goal but didnt have any muscles haha.
@@ahmednuur7889 walking is the best form of cardio to retain muscle so you must have been running on a deep calorie deficit lol
@@kylefrans9529 my comment is 6 months old and learned more ever since! I was on a caloric maintenance since I didn't focus on my diet as much but was under 80-90g of protein daily. So naturally I'd lose alot of muscle and I didn't eat properly either
Talks about building muscle, proceeds to spend 45mins on the treadmill 🤔
Keef what’s the point of having muscle if you can’t see any definition
@@kyestratton4421 lifting weights can actually burn more fat than cardio

honestly, this is nothing with testo xD
I mean, look at him... this is not really a Schwarzenegger. No one would ever use such stuff at such low levels
alex su 25 pounds in 2 months is impossible. actors do use steroids for movie purposes everyone knows that, it’s a totally normal thing
@@alexsu8470 You have a lot to learn : )
@@Xaybas ok, i´ll correct my comment: no one with brain would use such stuff at such low levels
@@alexsu8470 They all copy the most famous man in film rn "THE ROCK". These EPO's and PED's are equally as prevalant in the film and combat industry. That is because if they can change weight quickly, they get more roles, for an unknown "low-level" actor, it's actaully MORE likely they would use drugs to help them, their studio would just get someone else who would if they refused.
This guy is one of the best things to come out of Hollywood! Totally well rounded and a great human being!!
Man this kid is way more well spoken than what I expected. Nice training tips.
Duuuude, it's funny seeing Alexander in a nerd character role considering how Bjorn would totally MOP the floor with the main characters from the Bad Boys movie.

Bruh damn, I never realized tho
Tony Elberg YES
He's just doing 8 minute abs from the early 90's. Look it up, it works, I was ripped in the early 90's thanks to the tape.
Seeing bjorn sing bad boys….will haunt my memories forever lol
2;55: "hey mom, I got into the Vikings guy video"
IVE BEEN DOING THE EXACT SAME 8 minute an workout from the 90s 😂😂😂😂 as soon as he said from the 90s I was like no way

I had this video too- it was intense
He really did 3 sets of 15 reps lateral raises with a 25 lbs dumbell? Wow, I must absolutely suck then since I‘ve been training for quite some time and I can‘t do that lol
I about died when he can through with the 8 min abs!!!! I love that video!! He had me cracking up saying “gang” 😄😂🤣 Damn I love this man!!
On Vikings he clearly stands out as the most imposing.

The ab workout is legit, for 15 minutes every day it's great

@@potcrock3562 thank you dude
De nada
Yes, I too love crunches for "shoulder bulking".
Had to put on 25 lbs in under two months while staying lean....righhttttt 😂
For those wondering the validity of what he's saying both the beginning cardio(incline tread) as well as the 8 minute ab circuit will get you shredded doing 5 days a week
Obviously assuming you're doing additional strength straining 2 or 3 of those days. These are meant as a quality of life or everyday exercises
That's all blue pill cope that they feed the general public. Was definitely cycling like every other hollywood actor
Are we all gonna just ignore that guy behind him cranking crunches lmao.
i like thinking that Ludwig is in valhalla, doing exercise videos in the 90's theme for our enjoyment
Alexander "not being a hero" ludwig
This just goes to show consistency is more important than doing the best workout possible once in a blue moon
15% incline... The Doctor(Greg Doucette) said this in one of his vids
Bodybuilding have been doing walking cardio for at least 60 years before the internet
Guys used to have people doing over an hour of cardio every single
Then gyms found article about high intensity, they use that so they could get more people in the gym without people using too much of the equipment
Since that gimmick they've told the whole world the high intensity is the only type of cardio is needed
Try to imagine King Bjorn charging headlong into battle and saying “Kowabunga”
Vikings inspired me to grow my beard.
Soo glad they wrapped things up better than game of thrones!! Long live ragnar!!!!!
Haha, I've been doing the "8 Minute Abs" for so long that I knew all the text by heart. You were pretty close ;D
my BOY coming out with that 8 minute abs workout heat!!! been using that workout since I was 18
You title this clickbait video "SHOULDER BULKING WORKOUT" and you literally go, "dUr, Do SoMe LaTeRaL rAiSeS".
Way to be at the forefront of physical training, everyone.
i don't think he is a CPT
Umm did you watch the video at 3:35 he has a shoulder workout

Seeing this, I now see how great of an actor you are. Bjorn looks and sounds like a different person
At least he admitted it was a “slightly embarrassing” work out because.. it was.
Either way.. ALL HAIL KING BJORNE IRONSIDE!
This dude finally looking like a normal man. Unlike what the rest of hollywood promotes.
He looks so skinny now lmao... he kept no muscle. Give your cycle instead

How are you doing and I hope you’re safe?
Why does he look like he’s photoshopped in every scene, there’s a green tinge on his edges 😂
oh boy.... how i miss vikings... that series shouldnt have a end... it should exist for ever...
You can hear and see the guilt in the little pause he does when he says "I had to put 25 pounds in about ... two months" just saying
Idk how you could play such a badass character then go back to acting like a regular guy again lol. I'd just become Bjorn Ironside irl
Haha facts xD

On the juice cycle
He didn't say it was all muscle. For a thin guy you could definitely gain 25 in that timeframe withore workouts and getting a lot more food in.
The leaner you are, the "bigger" you look.
Fitness is 90% lighting
girls be like: 'but this actor gained this many pounds of muscle in only a few months' 'must be the HARD WORK' ;lfkajdsfakldsfjaklds
It was hard work too
When a contract worth thousands or millions depends on it drugs are always a big part of it.
It's really obvious.
@@harmiproto9745 true true
hahaha, I never get tired of this stupid comments. Steriods help with the regeneration of the muscle. Many of the people that live of this or actors for example that have short time to get fit, and use steriods, train a lot and sometimes twice a day, because the steriods helps them to build fast. Its stupid to to think that only by taking them you would look fit
@@pablosole3700 25lbs in 2 months, kept no muscle after filming while still doing the same workout. hmmm. yea thats hard work amiright skinny ass jew
I have to say, the best figthing scene in vikings are Bjorn's ones
I just realised he's that blond boy from the first Hunger Games movie
I have no idea who this person is but OMG he is such an effing dork, he is immediately my new favourite person :D
"Shoulder bulking workout". So here's a fly and a burpee
You are truly incredible and so amazing. I love everything you have been in and I thank you!!!!!❤
Huh.........he really is a nice fella aint he?
I can see why Cato made it to the top 3 in the Hunger Games
People be like, "25lbs in 2 months, what's your cycle", when he probably added maybe 15lbs, not even all lean mass, on an, even before that, well built frame.
Dude on the background couldn´t wait until the filming was done.
lol the secret? 2020 we all know what is the secret of actor in Hollywood
For me both(Tom Hopper and Alexander Ludwig)are the bests
There was a time when the letters MH leaded to videos with buff dudes with a strong physique and serious workouts.
I feel like MH loses its path just like the playboy magazine once did.
markaz021 MH is simply catering to the current sunken chest soi boi culture.
sarge712 anyone who says things like “soi boi” is fucking pathetic.
I still remember watching Race to Witch Mountain that Alexander Ludwig stared in as a kid. Now he’s a monster of an adult, this is really weird.
Would just be refreshing for 1 celeb to say : "Yeah its a lot of gym time but HGH\test is the key to lean gains in a short time"
Or maybe were supposed to believe he put on 25lbs in 2 months doing that ?!? Just be honest, it doesnt take away from your effort in the gym
I have no fitness background whatsoever but I feel like walking with any sort of pace/incline every day has massive benefits.
Dont mean to flex but ah I'm Blake Ironside
This was great! Thanks Alexander, loved you on Vikings.
there's literally one shoulder exercise...
That's all you need if you suffer from tendon or labral tear and wear
@@bekabeka71 not if you want to build muscle and get big shoulders it's not
James Quinn yeah sure can you explain why??
@@gokberkuzel681 the answer to your question is in the original post one exercise for shoulders will not build muscle you have 3 delt head in your shoulder the front delts rear delts and side delts lateral raises will only target the side delts for big shoulders you need to work out the front rear and side delts if you don't you simply will not see the gains you want plus your body gets used to a particular exercise you need progressive overload on different muscle groups to get big and also to keep your body proportions in the perfect ratio as to not cause muscle imbalances
The ab workout names was golden 😂.
25 pounds in under 2 months. Dude, there's no secret in this lol
@Dan Lee no because he lost all gains after filming, which literally means steroids
I'm really glad to see your alive after the season finally of vikings I was pretty sad lol. Ragnar. Lagatha. Yours truly was the hardest deaths to watch of any movie in history
Remember kids, secret tip is steroids.
Thank u. I need this. Gaining weight during quarantine due to work stress.
His physique isn't what I expected, to be honest. I heard "Vikings" and thought he'd be massive like Henry Cavill as the Witcher or Jason Momoa as Conan. He could use a good 15 to 20 lbs more on his frame.
The Witcher is a mutant (and funnily enough, Cavill is way bigger than what Geralt is usually depicted as), and Conan’s defining feature is how huge he is.
Overlord
This is two years after he was filming so it’s not even the same thing. It’s clear he’s not as big as he once was on Vikings.
Dude....
25 (!?) Pounds of muscle in 2 months. Insane fat shredding via incline treadmill walks for 45 minutes...
Do some lateral raises. Buncha crunches.

25 lbs in 2 months, a no in its self and no compound movements? Mmmm I say no sir.
Yeah he deffo was on the hot sauce to put that on weight that quick
But he didn't say 25 lbs of pure muscle though. You'll still look a lot bigger if there's fat in it
Nah he didnt do just this. He actually used a specific workout from The Rock to get his bulk in those 2 months for Bad Boys 3
Blood Eagle 88 ok bro you go do that then and come back to me. Il be waiting in 10 weeks. You have to also get a 6 pack aswell cause all you need is dedication right?

What a humble and funny guy. Good for him!
"Just some lateral raises and push-ups, chicken broccoli and rice, and........ Steroids."
Just so everyone knows, I think the ab workout is from KeithNYC. I've been doing his video for like 13 years and literally did it today. Every move he showed was exactly that video and even the order he did a couple. Great video I recommend it, six minutes and even that short it aches. KeithNYC's video used to have a few million views but he got hacked but his new channel uploaded it again a few years ago.
