- It has been cold and dreary in Los Angeles but Tiptoe still needs to get out! Here’s how I make sure the big boy gets some movement and fresh air, even on a chilly day!

Caitlin! I think you’re missing a huge opportunity with a merchandise design or painting by tiptoe.
He has the perfect heart shaped shell on his breast plate, copy that and put it on a sweatshirt, it would be absolutely perfect.
Secondly, you can put some water based paint on it that wipes off easily and stamp some paper for a painting!
I’m telling you that heart-shaped shell is perfect and should be the absolute lead for your designs.
It’s $1 million idea I tell you. “Tip-toe your way to my heart” would be a great slogan.

It looks like you buy grass hay, by the seed heads.
Has he tried 2nd or 3rd cut Lucerne hay, or is it too rich?
Does he like clover?
Have you tried growing grass seeds in trays and throwing out a 'Biscuit of them, each day, grown hydroponically, so there is no soil in roots?
What about trying some basil or cat grass, to perk things up?
So you could say he eats a Hay Buffet!
Tiptoe is my role model. Don't move until it's very warm.... 🔥🔥🔥

I'm a 61 year old stoner who loves watching Caitlin and Tiptoe. Mom had a large red eared slider named Pokey. Tiptoe reminds me a lot of Pokey, same personality but 4 times the size and tan instead of green 😊

This is a fab video - I often get the old ones come up ( algorithms I guess) so it’s lovely to see such an up to date one - I gauge them by the colour of TT house and the width of his upper legs 😂 then I know it’s recent. You are so wonderful with him Caitlin - I’m often stuck in my bed too (due to poor health) and I’d love that level of care 😂 you are so kind.

Caitlin when you put Tiptoe in his house for the night , do you latch his doors ,does he ever open his doors and go out at night , if so , if he goes back in his house at night with no one watching , his doors would stay open all night , and is there any wild animals around there especially at night , maybe he need a small window so he knows if its day or night ⏰🌜🌝🐢
New subscriber here! We have a 3 year old Sulcata named Tito, we've had him since he was about 1 month old. I'm starting to plan to keep him outdoors now, doing research to make sure he will be safe and comfortable. God Bless

You did provide a heating lamp, but what about a pillow and a blankie? And those "surprises" are not TipToe's fault; you haven't provided him with a toilet. He would help with cleaning, but needs a broom a tortoise can hold! 🥰

Fyi I have Sonoran desert tortoises. Plants they like you can grow are ruella and desert marigold. They eat the flowers and foliage. I also grow dicondra with the Bermuda grass.

I live in Ohio I think that's it amazing how you give tip toe the love and care that you give that includes your parents, I have horse's as well riding & driving is the very least of owning them it's all about the care of having them

Just a few thoughts, do you have room for a greenhouse? You could grow flowers in it. Have you tried to reach out to local florist? Used to work at one they throw away flowers, maybe TT would eat? Check with local flower growers?

Or two and putting them outside for him when it’s cold ? Maybe even put up a tent for him? He needs a green house or something to stay warm in during cold weather
