do you need and air/fuel screw for your carb? I have a yz250f09 and i just noticed my carb doesnt have it but it still runs ok and starts with one kick?

How do u know how much to screw that last blue screw in the one with 1,2,3,4

Turn it all the way in, then turn it out two turns, according to the service manual.

Here is my issue once I put the screw into the throttle bracket (the one you pit the lock tight on) the throttle slide comes up approximately 1/4” but when the screw is out it’s closed all the way but the holes don’t line up for that set screw. Any pointers ?

I'm not sure but maybe you set the throttle valve the other way
