Nice :) I think in general you get a better value buying houses that (hopefully) only require few repairs and updating such as this one.

There isn't a bathroom off the kitchen. There is a sink on the right side, but no loo/bidet.

I think many people still use "you guys and super cool", also when you refer to adults that could mean anyone from 21-100 and many of them are less formal than what you are suggesting. I feel the way they speak comes across as friendly and is easy to understand. I love these videos either way.

I am always amazed by some of the odd / quirky things Italian houses have. Like this one with the washing machine ‘proudly on display’ in the hallway outside of the bathroom. 😅 to me, an ideal solution is to make a wall around the washing machine and put a closet door on it. There can be shelving above to put the laundry soap and other laundry related items. My other thought was to make the room you called a walk-in closet into a proper lovely laundry room. I guess though that most Italians would see that as an extravagance?

Unfortunately in Italy Uber is located only in the big cities of Milan and Rome. But it is easy to reach the various towns thanks to the great bus system!

No there are no outdoor spaces but it is in the center of the town and there are parks and squares. Only a small cellar in front of the property is included with the property.

Nice house. But the terminology: You say its an autonomous house. And you say it's a townhouse apartment. As an American, calling it an apartment and an autonomous house makes what it is unclear. You mention free parking. So, if i bought a car to tour around and I wanted (need to without residency) to fly back to the US, I couldn't leave the car in a free parking spot on the street. I see sometimes garages come with houses or apartments. Ive even seen garages that come with houses that are several properties down the street! So, do you often see garages available for sale separately? Small bedrooms, especially "L" shaped ones with a diminutive bed, are not ideal. By the way, i dont know what a French bed is. That small bed (and that size bedroom) would probably be called in Europe a "single". In the US the single beds are called "twin" beds. Finally, that small countryside view from that one bedroom is not panoramic, it's not wide, but is more of the peek-a-boo variety. Good house but needs a terrace with a ponoramic View, a garage and a convenient transport to an airport with international connections. (Uber anyone?)
Hi, thanks for the tips. The wording is taken from the website. I don't know how it is in USA specifically but in Italy here we consider this autonomous as well. The parking is free on the street, you can leave the car there, why you say you can't? Yes, garages can be sold separately without issues. If you don't know what french bed is google can support, but it's 140x200cm. Of course you need to convert from cm to inches too, let me do it for you 55x78 inches. Abruzzo doesn't have a proper international Airport, or better, it has, but very little flights and almost all in Europe, if you need one you better off checking Lazio or other regions. You need to understand that first of all there's not only American English, and things are different around the world and, also, we're not native speakers :) .
