This is nice little home, however I am frustrated by your lack of important information that I need. I do not see any central heating nor did I notice if you addressed it. Also, I noticed some cracks in a couple of the windows so that would need to be fixed. I would appreciate complete disclosure for that price. Thank you.

at the moment there are no rooms because it was intended as a commercial space, however two bedrooms can be obtained
There's no shower or tub... How do you expect to bathe?
