I pick up so many wonderful techniques to add to my own repertoire of markmaking. Thank you so much for being so generous with sharing and showing how things happen. I also find your commentaries quite helpful.
You all probably dont care at all but does anybody know a tool to log back into an instagram account?? I was stupid lost my login password. I appreciate any assistance you can give me!
@Cairo Marcellus Thanks for your reply. I found the site thru google and Im waiting for the hacking stuff atm. I see it takes quite some time so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Black and white NEVER had so much impact, or interaction between media; as it now holds an abundant list of possibilities to play with. My brain cells are jumping beans!!! The excitement I am experiencing is beyond words... Thank you Jane!
What a silly cat, lol! I used to have a cat named "Simon". Love all of the marks you made and I subscribed to you, can't wait to learn more from you. Tfs.
I am so looking forward to the Extreme Composition workshop that starts next week. One of my problems is that I think too much, so it was interesting to watch you force yourself to stop doing it, too.
jane, i love this video and how it inspires me to want to run over and start painting! thank you for just another inspiring video. i hope to take a class from you in the near future, maybe online as i am way the heck out in oregon.
So wonderful, informative, inspiring -- never watch your videos without tangible benefit -- thank you so much for letting us share your lifetime of practice!
Very good, loved it. I wouldn't be to concerned with making the 'same ol shapes' as you say. I think that is your voice. If you watch the same actor for example, the late great Jack Lemmon you will see his style come through each character. That would be his equivalent of making the 'same ol' marks'. Very strong work like usual.
I loved this, it was exciting. Aside from making me want to do exactly what you showed, it gave me ideas. Now if I could only get those ideas to stick! I need to check your blog or webpage to see if you are teaching any new classes. The last time I looked they were sold out. P.S. When you say "graphite stick", what is that exactly?

@Iker Emilio Happy to help xD
Love your very natural and authentic way of working. Your cat's meows drove my cat crazy. Very funny.
You got amongst it. There are always a few ideas an artist can pick up with this kind of exercise. I liked the lifting aspect.
I love the freedom. Inspiring and satisfying to watch. Black and white are so uncomplicated.

Love that cat...😻...he makes the same sound as my cat Gus when he wants to go outside to his catio. 😊
lol He's protesting that Mommy isn't playing with him. My late furbaby used to do that if I was on the computer too long. lol
Wonderful Jane thank you. I love your work.
