Love your books, Jane, just discovered your channel here today. You love quin gold as much as I do! I love Indian yellow too! Really love the way these colors work with the black and white patterns in your piece. Thanks for sharing so much with us!

This is great, and reminds me of my beginning collage efforts where I made bookmarks by cutting a larger collage work up, and then embellished the individual ones. I want to add paint and other of your techniques and play with mixing it up. Thank you for sharing.

Hi Jane! So glad I found your channel! I have several acrylic paintings done on Arches watercolor paper, which is a nice, thick paper. I would like to cut the paintings into collage pieces and put them on canvas and make a big collage. Do you think the heavy paper is too thick to use gel medium as the glue and sealer? Is the paper too thick to adhere to the canvas in your opinion? Thank you.

Hi Jane- what kind of paper do you like using for these collages- the base paper? And is it the same paper as you use to blot up the paint?
Thanks for these videos- I always look forwards to them. I have your DVDs also.

Another question- I see what the 4x4 is but what is the 400? I can't see a description of that. I may be missing it when it's right in front of me. Are you going for 400 from everyone? I would like to challenge myself once I get my art room unpacked from moving!
    Mo
BTW- thanks for the answers to my paper question.

Thank you. I use a smooth surface print-making paper for the substrate, American Masters Printmaking Paper; and cheap drawing paper for lifting the paint. See my website, the Links page, for sources. I'll post it in the video description.

I'm thinking you must have teeny, tiny hands, Jane, as the paper doesn't look all that small.
