The one thing I hate the most about the Philippines is when you need to leave the country.
Once you’ve set foot in the Philippines, you do not want to ever leave… breaks my heart everytime i have to fly back to the US.

Polvoron would be easy for you to do and cook. Its simply roasted all-purpose flour, powdered whole milk, butter and sugar and maybe a little vanilla. You have to mix them together while the roasted flour is still hot.
