Sinigang sa Pakwan is actually not a fusion dish but a traditional Filipino regional variation. Just like Adobo, Sinigang has dozens of variations. There’s also Sinigang sa Bayabas (Guava).
yeah, tamarind-base is the most dominant but there's also guava, kamias, balimbing, watermelon, miso, mango, kalamansi/lemon, santol, even strawberry.
Or sinigang sa medyas. Very maasim😂

The water in the blue container is usually mineral water and its a lot better and safe compared to tap water.
a lot of the time it's just filtered tap water
We've been drinking mineral water in the same blue container in the last 30 years maybe and never had any problem even once. Although generally speaking, we should know our sources. And those referred by reputable establishments like Justin's apartment surely deliver good ones.
