Nice looking VLX, I bought mine as my first bike in Sept of last year (2000 model). It is a lot of fun, and only did a tune up, new tires and fork seals so far. Altogether only $2800 in it including purchase of bike. When it’s warm enough I try to be on it. I bought it with less than 5k miles on it, now it has about 6400 on it. My biggest gripe is the peanut tank and I wish it had more umph for the interstate. Other than that no gripes. It’s cold natured but just waiting for the necessary warm up time isn’t a big deal to me.
Absolutely love it. Great bike and I’ve done some upgrades which has been fun. Just replaced the fork seals today which was quite the learning experience. That video should be out by next week. As always thank you for the support Joshua💯

Sounds most definitely like the baffles were removed but is the stock exhuast

I took mine to the stealership for that repair lol
The only way to break a Honda is to run it into something. Don’t do that. I love my VLX 600.
