Exhaust turns color because of heat, usually more discolored closer to engine, running at high rpm's makes this happen, keep the revs low witch is hard to do. Nice bike
pipes are coloring because bikes running pretty lean right about now, get a bigger main jet, adjust the fuel/air and you will not run so lean, plus you will notice some power gains...and please, dont hit the stack with the water...its going right into your carb, they drink gas not water lollll....bike looks and sounds great
They are Flanders 10in mini apes. I got them off Amazon. They also sell them on J & P Cycles. I have a link for them in my newest videos description also🤙💯

Perfect, this makes a lot of sense. I could tell it got worse after a 3 hour trip on the highway and that definitely explains it
I never knew that
@@VanceSendsTV He's actually not correct. Run bigger jets. Your bike is running lean.
Love the videos brother no got the same bike and same color. Getting some pipes to throw on mine. Keep up the good work.
Heck yea man. That’s awesome
That’s a clean bike 👌🏻
Thank you 🤙🤙
Is it really that easy as just taking the air filter off and putting the stack on the carb?
Absolutely that easy. It surprised me as well😂
Nice! I have a Shadow 750 with cobra pipes and thought about getting a stack. Did you change the jets?
I did change the jets as well, I have a video on changing them also

Thank you. Lol ya I figured that out once I went to start it back up😂 thing took like 5 minutes to get going with all that water lol.
Better fasten your front exhaust you'll crack your exhaust manifold. Looking good...! Be safe two wheels down..
This happened to me. After rewraping my exhaust.
Hey did you not use the block off plates when you did your stacks
What do you mean block off plates?
Did you just slap on velocity stacks without rejetting the carbs?
Na I installed jets in a video as well right after installing the velocity stack👍
did you re jet the carb after you put the velosity stack on and exhaust?
I did rejet it and also have a video explaining what jets I put in it
Ft hood? Or Cervezas is what it's called now.
How many inches is the rise of your handle bars? And were you able to use stock cables for it?
Stock lines and 10 inch mini apes
Did you rejet it.
I have new jets coming in the mail for it this week. I have been riding it but it sputters/ runs a little rough as of now.
More sound?
So there’s no air filter with the velocity stacks? How does it keep water/dirt out?
There is a screen inside the velocity stack that keeps everything out
did you have to replace wires and cables when you put those apes on?
Luckily I did not have to. Same stock wires. I did have to reroute them though but took about 5 minutes to do
What size jets
Pilot jet: 48
Main jet: 145
Where did you get your handle bars ?
I believe Amazon had them. I put a link in the description
Stop sticking you motorcycle under high pressure water that adds rust in spots in spots you can't find later on.
Thank you for letting me know this. I never thought about it🤙🤙
Where'd you get those bars?
They are Flanders 10in mini apes. I got them off Amazon. They also sell them on J & P Cycles. I have a link for them in my newest videos description also🤙💯
