ሁሉንም በጣም ቆንጆ እያሉ ማስተዋወቅ ሳይሆን ሽንት ቤቱ ስንት ስኩየር ካሬ ነው፥ የተሰራበት ማቴራያል ኳልቲ ነው ሳይሆን በምን አይነት እቃ ነው የተሰራው እያሉ በዝርዝር ማስተዋወቅ እንጂ ለቁንጅናውማ ተመልካቹ ያየዋል። ተመልካች የማያውቀውን ከላይ እንደተዘረዘሩት በዝርዝር ቢያስተዋውቁት የገዢውን ልብ ይስባል ባይ ነኝ።

Thank you for showing us but if you want to be real estate agent you ought to learn the basics how to show a property. Only a suggestion
1. Location, Location Location ( the first thing is to tell exactly where the property is located
2. The square footage of the house& the front and back yard
3.How many bedrooms & Bathrooms
4. Then Living room, &Dining room.
5. After that you need to talk about the special features of the 🏡 house. Example The details quality & of workmanship like the wooden floor the granite ,marble & cc camera..
6 Then discuss about price with confidence with room for negotiation. If you leave the price out people will suspicious.
7. You do not need a background music. You have to dominate the talking you don't want the music to show the house for you. You are that agent take charge and be happy to show the property. Your goal is to be excited for showing and selling ultimately sell and get your commissioner so you go to the next property.
if you're serious to sell the house those are the main point.
Frankly speaking houses in Ethiopia are so inflated and intimidatingly expensive. The so called investors robbed the country. For that reason I am out.

Then you do not know what kind of a furnished house you can get for that amount in the USA, Canada, and Mexico. That is a tiny house with no garden, no playground, no land for expansion, no car garage, no proper servants quarters and so on. Plus you have to pay yearly land rate and other services annually.
