We had our motorcycle in storage for years before the garage was built. One tip always pulls your battery, take it home, and places it on a trickle charger over winter. You two are very funny with the stickers. Glad to see you out on a bike. Ride Safe
Winter kinda hit and we were hoping to be able to ride it more often, it just didn’t happen. Oh well. Even last year on the trickle charger I had to jump start the thing. Dang lithiums

Doing some maintenance on our bikes before our upcoming road trip. Had to replace the battery in my dad's 2010 road king. Agm battery. Heavy stuff. That lithium looked awesome.
It's definitely not perfect but the weight is nice!

Great to see you all on the bike, had to be a nice little, well deserved stress relieve for each of you. I've put about 250 miles on my TriGlide, and about 100 on my RoadGlide so far this year, all within the last month. Not much but loved each mile. I'm able to keep mine on a maintainer, an option you don't have in storage, but maybe for anytime you suspect will be pro-longed it'd be worth taking the battery out and keeping it at home on charge? Also, I am sure it is because battery was so low you didn't want to fool with it, but don't forget about your PIN if fob battery is dead.

I get pretty lazy in the winter, I probably should have brought the battery home but we kept thinking we'd get to ride, but then more snow would show up lol

This seat is the mustang lowdown. It’s decently comfy but we are considering going back to a one piece seat. And yeah I still have the Klock Werks kilphangers. Hate em lol.
@@LifeontheBlacktop Oh! I was curious about the seat cause I'm looking for a seat to put on my 09 that will also make the wife happy. I asked about the bars because I thought you had put on some new ones but they looked like stock in the video. Over Christmas last year I tried KST 10 inch bars and found they stood above the fairing so I swapped them for 12". What a difference they make. Love watching you two. Funny and informative!
That gives me more reason to change them “they looked stock..” lol. I do like the look of the bars but after several slow speed “ oh $h*t” moments, I’m looking for something more narrow. We are considering a custom seat from Russell day long (no affiliation) I’ve heard they are good. My buddy also recommended ultimate seats but I have decision making issues so I still have the mustang haha. She doesn’t mine the mustang but wishes it was a little wider like the stock passenger seat
