This haddock looks truly delicious guys! Mild, flaky, and tender! Great choice of fish to make those breading flavors pop. Awesome recipe! Happy New Year!
OH we love fish, and normally don't have haddock, as I never see it at the seafood counter very much, this looked delicious. I bet the ritz crumbs gave it a nice buttery texture. The fish came out nice and flaky too!
