The 0-100 has become less relevant now when comparing high end sports cars as most supercars can do it in 2,9-3sec or so. The 0-200 or 100-200 is more important. The m5 cs stock is crazy fast for its power and the difference with this 1000 hp M5 is really not big considering the 300hp difference. The 300hp difference will really show after 100km/h. The M5 CS stock will do the 0-200 in 10 sec more or less. I think i saw the fastest time in youtube at 9,7sec. This 1000hp one does it in 7,7 sec.
I miss your sounds when you drive extremely fast cars. I have a front wheel drive Opel Vectra OPC, wonder how it would go with 1000hp? someone who has an extremely strong front wheel drive car with 500-1000 hp?
Too bad that smth is not ok with the gearbox or gearbox tune, because it’s skipping the 2nd gear when launching. When it’s fixed might get better times for 0-100kmh
0-100 is pointless at this point on this car. It won’t be any faster than an M5 with 700hp. You do realize there’s a limit to tire adhesion right? Also the axles, differential and trans can only take so much horsepower in low gears when launching. This car is all about being top speed burner.

Pointless or not there are many guys out there who are racing from a stop and they are fans of 1/4mille times. And it can get faster, there are many F90’s with 2.2sec from 0 to 100kmh. Car is very powerfull but also it doesnt have 1000hp, more like around 8xx HP for that 100-200kmh times. With 1000hp F90’s are in 3sec range
It does not matter what it does 0-60mph, most cars can not have a grip, we should focus on 60 to 120mph numbers, it will tell you everything about the car
I absolutely love the F90 M5 a buddy of mine had one and the acceleration was unreal . One point though for me they do not sound great. Time was when part of the BMW driving experience was the sound the engine made. This car is EPIC but sounds terrible to me !
Crazy fast M5, love it! But the launches and shifts are so brutal. Not so sure if this lasts long. On the other hand if you watch the Tesla Plaid videos, the same performance seems so easy and without a lot of mechanical stress.

@@superdionRS no it’s not. You can see it shifts to 2nd gear and then immediately shifts to 3rd one. It’s a problem in tuned f90’s and can be fixed
